Dear Moebius folks,
I just want to thank you for the incredible products you have been manufacturing. You have been making my childhood dreams a reality and at an incredibly reasonable price point! I read your comment regarding idea submissions and the fact that you folks can only work with just so many licenses at a time. It is very easy for us (the customers) to come up with any number of "wouldn't it be great" ideas for you guys to go work on for us. Having run two businesses myself, I know what you folks go through in order to just keep the doors open and each product brought to market. There is a lot about being in business that just isn't fun and ends up causing one to drink copious amounts of Pepto Bismol. Thanks for putting up with that stuff in order to produce these great kits for our consumption.

That being said, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a model of the Owl Ship that appeared in both the graphic novel and movie version of "Watchmen"? It is a really cool vehicle that has alot of the same "feel" as those produced for Irwin Allen's shows. It is quite retro in its look and would make for a really cool model (IMHO) with a detailed interior - not to mention the opportunity for aftermarket lighting kits and what not. DC Direct is doing a cold cast Resin statue of the ship, but I think it really should see the light of day as a plastic model kit and I believe that only Moebius would do it the way it should be done. Does anyone else in the forum feel the same?

In closing, I just want to wish you the best of luck and continuing success in your endeavors. I for one plan to support you for as long as you keep producing kits.

Best regards,
BigGuido.

Not much chance of an Owl Ship in the forseable future.
We do not have a Watchmen License and are not pursuing that license at the current time.
As we have explained there are limits to the number of licenses we can afford at any one point in time....Thank you for your suggestion.
I'll be closing this thread now.
