Best bet is check ebay, watch ones on there and see what the final bid goes for for each to give you an idea of what they are worth or get a tomart price guide.

WHAT ??

Good GOD !! no doubt.. I am totally ignorant about these babies.. Please tell me what makes them worth that much?
My first impression when I first seen your picture .. was .."what's the big deal .. give em to your kid or kid brother, they're just cheap looking 50cent Matchbox or whatever.. " but obviously .. that's not the case..

Fudd, if the suggested selling price has possibly doubled in the last 5 years , I would think you would want to hold on to them ...
Everyone has their hands in their pockets these days .. that could open up 2 or 3 years from now..

I'd like to know what you decide, I'm always looking to add Scramblers to my collection.

The ones with white rims or wheels are worth more than the grey wheels. Not sure why this is but these always command more money. It's a buyers market right now so you might not get what you want for them.

The white hubs were alot less common than the grey hubs. They are the original "Real Riders" and always have been a highly desired line of cars to collect. Finding them in mint shape is always tough too since many were played with back in the day just like redlines. Heck try and find a mint to near mint carded one, not an easy task.

DON'T DO IT.... put the gun down!!! There's always tomorrow, the market will come back if you really must let them go. If you do it now you'll probably only get a 1/4 or 1/3 of their potential. But if you gotta get rid of the truck in the top left hand corner.... I'll give you a couple bucks.

But yes, the white rims were and are harder to come by and thus worth more.
Always been that way it seems.

Seems to me that any of the scramblers are worth , um, I dunno, $2 plus shipping?

Then I'll gladly pay triple the market value, plus shipping! ;)
