I got the tow truck today, and worked on it for a few hour's. ~ Before and After pics ~ A new chassis & A Little paint. ~ The Larry Mobile, I mean the Tom Mobile ~ LOL

You have an eye for detail, Bob. A couple of guys have shipped cars to me with the guide pin installed upside down. Keeps them from getting bent or broken in shipment. It would be a good way to store cars on the shelf too.

Our own win43 does that with cars I got from him. Agreed it protects the pin... and anything else in the box.

I may add some duel tire's and rim's like on the Aurora Fire trucks to the back. Seen some on RRR site , Two Set's of Chrome Duelys in the rear would look pretty cool I think. And a single wide chrome truck rim's for the front. ~ As for the guild pin upside down I do this on all my long wheel base car's, the short wheel base car's I have to cut off the pin because the axle is in the way. ~ I could see by my pics of the Tow Truck that I missed a few spots paint wise, oops I guess the camera doesn't lie. LOL

Thought it was there for reversed guides like the early Cobra??? Dunno?
