GLH Turbo 03-18-2009, 05:32 PM Those look fantastic!
bvis75 03-18-2009, 05:34 PM Wow great looking
harristotle 03-18-2009, 05:46 PM Cool set, just wish there were some FoMoCo products in the release...
Now this is a great idea. Haven't seen four post lifts in this scale before. The road Runner set is beautiful... especially with those wheels and tires.
Question: Is the black piece on the base that holds the car in place and the passenger door open removable?
jefferson 03-18-2009, 07:21 PM oh boy oh boy oh boy..... them there Daytonas are talking to me in a bad, bad way.:woohoo::woohoo:

That is an important question. Otherwise it is a very creative idea.
rlyoung1 03-18-2009, 11:43 PM If the lift is metal and the base is plastic they should come apart with a little effort. The piece that holds the door open pops off the current base easily so I would assume these would too since they look the same.
alex1485 03-19-2009, 01:02 AM i want the daytona one.
Lummox 03-19-2009, 01:11 AM Cool lifts.
That '57 never looked quite right to me....headlights are to big....or somethin'.
Steves164 03-19-2009, 07:41 AM The 57' just looks like it is a slightly bigger than 1/64th scale...I'm not saying that it is ..but it's one that could be reviewed by the caliper-kid.
It looks cartoonish for sure.. The front end seems shorter. The hood ornaments end up running out of room as the hood curves down the meet the grill..
But I do love the 2-tone STOCK color combos they have made..
Major kudos to M2 for allowing the collector to buy just the lifts. At $18/ 5 lifts (from Fred's website), not a bad price!
stretchdog 03-19-2009, 11:35 AM Definitley Getting those Daytonas!!

That is good to know. I haven't attempted to remove one yet. Are they glued on?

There's 2 pegs on the bottom of that piece that go into holes in the base. I just grabbed that piece with pliers and pulled, came right off.
JasonZ 03-20-2009, 08:44 AM Daytona's looking good.
