I never once made any political remarks. I simply stated that "I expected it to be some Obama thing" as in...Wouldn't it have been funny to show Marty and Doc traveling into the future and finding Obama as president. That would have been cool to have carried on the whole theme of Goldie Wilson as Mayor of Hill Valley from BTF1.

Not at all, considering how often people bring up politcal commentary - or take the ball that someone else has given them and run with it. You've been around long enough to know that happens all too often. ;)

Your thinking the basic statement was an obvious tie-in to Goldie Wilson from BTTF1 wasn't as obvious as you seem to want to think, either.
