Big thanks Dave for letting me and Leo use the track today. It was very educational. My driving and car set up could still use some work, but I am well on my way to mastering the art of removing wall marks from the right side of my car. We also found out that the cars dont handle well on grass. Thanks again , we had a blast......

I would like to say thank you too Dave. It was very educational. I can't wait to run in the sportsman series this year at MPR and learn from all you good racers. But now I need to go and do some repairs to the car, thank again!!!

Just a few repairs, that sounds like a good test for some new guys. I remember when I started it was a few major repairs. I was told no one has ever broke one of those. I would always say " Ya but you have never seen me drive before"...

We ended up the afternoon with some carnage but all went pretty good. I think the hardest thing for me is allowing the car to come off the corner and ride up to the wall..... I always feel like I'm driving into the wall.. So I stay too far down on the track to set up for the next corner...

If you drove the car like a man and not a girl, you wouldn't have that problem. Let it hang out and fly what could possibly go wrong, the pit entrance tire maybe!!!!

Dude, you sure did let it fly... into........... pit fence, infield grass, turn 1-2-3-4 wall... Lets not even talk about that sweet move on the backstretch.......Nice!!!!!!.... I didnt think it was possible to make faster lap times on your roof then your tires......I'm gonna go out on I limb here and say you have a slight loose condition with your set-up... Perhaps if you mounted the body upside down you'd have better luck with it.............

Hey Joe, I finally got that transponder..... AMBrc DP ....is this the right one? I mounted it just behind the steering servos....and plugged it into AUX on my reciever. Is it OK if it is mounted flat or does it need to be facing a certain direction?

ya joe all that damage was from your driving skills "on the gas then off the gas, let it go thru the corner and blurp the throttle" what ever happened to smooth in and smooth off:p:wave::woohoo:

Oh No.......... You did not go there.......You had to go and bring up Days Of Thunder........ It took me two years to realize there was no such thing as a special matched set of tires.......I wonder if the loose lug nuts on the RF tire at State Park Speedway was some kind of special set up.I must say it did free the car up a bit at 100 mph.......

First excuse: I did not say I would not show up at the race track. I just refused to commit to race dates out of respect for Bob E., Larry H. and Bob K. due to the fact I am a slacker and do not have my car ready.
