I believe that this is a Hot Wheels casting. It should be under the HW Forum postings and not in the Greenlight forum. Nice looking Camaro though.

Looks like a dollar Hot Wheels casting. Although I'd prefer an M2 casting for a special Code 3...it seems that 90% of diecast collectors are Hot Wheels collectors. Nice job there Brian!

why is this in the GreenLight section? Did someone get confused or just Shamelessly spamming each thread with the add?

No confusion, just promotion.

We will take the responsibility for this, as Greenlight is one of our event sponsors and we try to promote the event based on their involvement. Sorry if it upset anyone! Thanks everyone for their support, there is a cool 70 1/2 Camaro being given away made by Greenlight so as soon as we have pics of that we will get them out

No dinner is worth the price that they are asking unless Brittany Spears is serving up din-din in my opinion.

i agree!! looking at the price of the dinner at $100, $60 to play UNO, $100 to play bingo, and some of the other crazy prices.... makes me wonder just who could afford attending this event. :freak: i'll gladly pass on this one even if it was feasible for me to attend.;)

Thanks for the feedback.
The prices are for add on events. You don't have to go to them if you think the price is unreasonable. A $25 General Admission ticket to the event gets you in the door with a custom convention car.
Traditionally, look around and price shop on what a majority of the other conventions charge for these types of events. I think you will find we are as affordable as they come.

AutoFest does this too (guilty as charged) but I can't remember the last time somebody spanked us like this. Give a guy a break. They have done in one year what it took some years to do. Like Phantom said when you have multiple players involved and they each come out when it's their turn to promote something it usually does get the same play everywhere. Most guys collect across many brands so it's not a big deal besides he clearly posted it as a "Hotlanta" item and well if this isn't in your area or you don't focus on Camaros then it's better to move on anyway. GreenLight knows how it works and they are part of this team and these guys are providing lots of opportunities with shows and bringing people together. If everyone stuck to the strictest guidlines it would be pretty boring.
I see Mods who never interact and post only new product that they directly sell and after 9 years I still don't know what they personally collect, like, dislike, or if they in fact even are collectors. Any team that got Larry Wood, Tom Daniel, George Barris and Roth's son in the same room at the same time has my attention and has earned posting a HW or two. :)
They are learning and I must say they are doing so at a light speed rate.
