I have asked the powers that be 3 times to help me.I can not get into the chat room.I click chat and it goes right to flash chator fast flash.It goes right past water cooler and I cant access the room.Anybody have this problem before.I have xp and aol.Thanks Tom

Tom, I had to reload my browser page to get in.

hey tom,click on tools,click on delete browsing history,click on delete cookies and that should clean up all the cookies.Dont delete anything else but the cookies.it works or me.

God knows we miss ya in chat Tom!!! Check this out and maybe it'll fix the problem. First off, click tools up there on your tool bar, go down to manage add ons and slide your cursor over to the right on manage add ons. Click it and see if your adobe flash player is enabled. If it is disabled, click on it and on the bottom left there should be an enable and disable button. Click the enable button. It may be called shockwave, or just flash player. If it is enabled, you might have a glitch in the software. Search Adobe and download an updated version and try to get into chat again. Let me know if this helps... Joe
