The Mr Dirt RC Series makes a return after a lengthy 14 year absence, re-debuting Sunday March 22nd at Redneck RC. For those seeking information on the Mr Dirt RC Series, rules and series info can be found in 2 places:

Classes for series first event will include:

EDM Small Block, sponsored by JRC
EDM Big Block, Sponsored by Team GFRP/Hyperdrive
EDM Modified
13.5 Sprint
Truck

All classes will be run by Steve Harris, using the series computer. Points will still be counted for our weekly racing, however they will be manually input into the computer due to the series using their own computer and software. The truck class points will be seperated also, and I will talk to Steve about grouping the Big Block guys together in qualifying.

Also, it is my understanding that the JRC sprint car series will be following the Mr Dirt RC Series, so it is very possible that this will be the first event for that series also. Im sure Dylan or Rob will be posting more info as far as that goes.


Entry fee will be $12 for the first class, $8 for the 2nd class. The reason for the increase in entry fee is that part of the fee will go to the Mr Dirt RC Series to help pay for prizes to be awarded to the racers.
