started playing today , charged up 2 thunder power 2s 40 C 5000's and let her rip , mad wheelies , all kinds of power in this thing .....cant wait to get her outside and maybe strap in some 3s 5000 40c's......:woohoo:

Well after like maybe 5 minutes of playing we spun the rear diff spider drive gear 13 tooth , it ended up with only 6 teeth on it :freak:Wrote to HPI , we'll see what happens , it was quite the learning experiance tearing the rear diff out but still fun .....more to come

finally got ahold of tech , my part is backordered:cry: they took all my info and will send me the part when they get it , for now in pieces in the shop and patiently awaiting the REVO BRUSHLESS and two new reedy paks

2 weeks no parts , hpi says another week , refused to warranty my whole truck , not impressed with there customer service at all

turn out this FLUX truck and HPI are JUNK , 28 days now waitin on a part from them , a 102246 ring and pinion set . I ran this JUNK truck for 5 minutes and blew the rear pinion , HPI flat out refused to warranty the whole truck , told me they had the 102246 on B/O and i would have to wait . I recommened dont buy HPI , there customer servicer is no good $600 piece of crap

Not happy with it? I will buy it from ya and add it rest of my HPI products, I have always had good luck with there products and there customer service. Pm me if you want to get rid of it I would be very happy to take it off your hands!!!!!!

dang, that sucks.
That's why I'm not a big fan of conical (bevel) gears; they suck unless properly shimmed.
Like my gears all in one axis if possible (like traxxas rustlers, pedes, bandit trannies)
