I need OS part numbers for .15 backing plate to replace the pull start, the cone (thrust washer?0 that goes behind the flywheel piston and sleeve and anything else we might need. Do we need to have extra rods, bearings or anything else?
Thanks,

Mitch --

The backing plate is the exact same as the .12. Remember you will need to grind off the excess "tit" on the crankshaft. Just grind it down to the "step", this will be easy to see when you get it apart.

If you mean the "cone" washer that the flywheel is compressed onto, it depends on what clutch setup you are using, Losi or Associated.

Associated Part number 7618
Losi Part number LOSA9376

OS 15 Sleeve part number 21503000 $53.99
Duratrax Sleeve DTXG1522 $24.99

All the other parts are the exact same as they are in the .12.

The only difference is the bore. So the sleeve, piston and head are different. And of course the case has .15 on it but is the same dimensions.

Just a note, yes the cases are the same but CANNOT be interchanged. So if you put a .15 piston and sleeve in a 12 case, you are illegal.

In addition to Mitch's requests, I am also wondering about restrictors. Who makes them, and does anyone know the part numbers? I've been looking and I can't find them. Thanks

Sam unfortunately the Associated restrictors are out of production.

I will be having some machined in various sizes and hope to have them for sale at the track.

We aren't required to run restrictors are we?

Does any one have the correct number for the plate, I found 3 different ones. Do you need a gaskit?

No restrictors required.

This one is Gray 21407010
Red 21407000
Natural 21407030

There might be a few .170 restricters at Rock Hill. I have seen some at Hobby shops locally.

I am going to go and see my machinist buddy this week. What sizes are you guys interested in?
