Just had a thought.

Has anyone or would anyone race in a class where the rules would be the QSAC rules for sportsman with the following additions:

1) Right rear tire must be 18 1/2 or larger.
2) Gearing must be 18 pinion and 78 spur at any track.

Could be called Limited Sportsman
This could be a charger/beginner class.
Tires would probably not brake loose in or out of the corners.
Speed would be greatly reduced but you would still have to learn throttle control.
Setup would be important, but not nearly as much.
Running the best line would be the most important.

It was just a thought, and wanted to know what every one else thought. Could be just good for grins to try once or twice and see how it goes...

All for a fixed set of gears. duno bout the 18 /78. don't know about lugging the motor that much. But might be worth a try.

What about a smaller carburator like 7mm or smaller plate that would have to power down the motor .then a stock champon spark plug , Robert
