Has anyone played around with this? They come set in the middle notch. I turn it down to the "torque" setting and the car really lacks any performance. Dont really see any increase in torque. Actually it appears to be way off timing wise and sort of glitchy. Then I go to the "speed" setting and dont see any difference from center? Am I doing something wrong? Ive done this on all 8 of my G+ cars and get the same thing. Seems to run best on the center setting.

I kind of depends on the size of the track you're running on as well.... If you're running on a short one, you probably won't see it as much unless you've retarded the timing. Mines typically set to advanced timing, unless it seems like it just has too many horses, then I will set it to neutral. I find that the springs help me more than anything else.

Keep in mind that any usable characteristic becomes un-usable if say...your controller doesnt suit the application...or your chassis is technically unsuitable for the course.
Fine tuning improvements are often masked by other conditions. No one setting exactly correct for any course. Ya take the averages and deal with it best as ya can.
