lordraptor1, i was looking at the pics of your hornet, boy does that bring back some good memories! my very first rc car and boy did i have some cash tied up into that. i think i used to pay like ten bucks a bearing back then but what a difference those made! sure wish i had that buggy back!

to bad my hornet is long gone, i found a collector in dallas that wanted it and i really could not pass up his offer (i am sure no one else would have offered 350.00 for it :D ). i really dont have much left for r/c stuff since getting into pc stuff and started working for EVGA, however i am very very slowly getting my r/c collection back up i just finished building a 1970's royal f8f bearcat plane and put retracts in it i still have to add the engine, prop and a dx7 radio system in it, i am also looking at a nitro heli kit in the future as well. right now i am considering selling off my boat which is powered by a mcculloh 2 cycle engine to fund other r/c items, right now i am looking into what the value of it is to see if it is even worth my time posting it but so far with seeing them selling them in the 400.00 to 800.00 range (depending on size, hardware, and hull material) and with shipping not being cheap i dont know if it would even be worth the time to post it
