i'm new to brushless and was wondering when you remove the 3 screws on the non-wire end is it hard to remove the rotor?and is there and specific way to put it back together?thanks

Not hard at all. Just remove the screws, pull the endbell off, and pull the rotor out. Just be careful going back in not to hit the rotor on the sensor board.
