I know most know I worked for Tyco/ Mattel for more years then I'd like to admit. Thru my time there I spent a good amount of time working on the Tyco slot car line . I guess that's my slot car background . Anyway, my question is this . I have about 25 - 30 zip disk filled with all the files for the deco for all the slot cars from like 90 to 97. All the stock cars and F-1 and the basic cars .These were my own files that copies were sent over seas in the file release packages . I also have all the hard copies of the the color/deco matrix's to go with most of the files . These are 6 view copies of the cars with color chips and deco layouts along with film. Okay I may have lost some of you from passing out . We'll wait for them to come back.....LOL My question again is is the material any use to someone say I make decals of this stuff for resale or maybe some just collects this stuff if so let me know off board or e-mail me . I see this on the shelf and wondered if this would help anyone

Can always use another source for decals. Especially if they're based on originals from the manufacturer.

Good I'm glad there is some interest. I have a couple issues that need to be worked out before we can fly with this . They are mostly Mac formated and they were done on illustrator which is not an issue because I have that program .My problem is I only have a PC . If someone has the know-how to make this happen then maybe they should contact me and we can do something sooner rather then later.

open them in Illustrator and then re-save them as either Jpegs or Tiff files... make sure that the compression is set to NONE ... this way they won't get degraded.
Once they're saved as either Jpegs or Tiffs, they should open on a PC using Photoshop or windows picture tool.
If you can't get to a MAC for the conversion, let me know... I can help you out
