have a 12hp briggs mod# 286707 been sitting quite a while pulled oil drain plug and found gas mixed in oil where should i start looking. thanks

Clean carb especially around needle and seat,it might the best if you replaced the needle and seat to be sure. I'll get 7-10 tractors in the spring with the same problem. Heard you got a bit of snow today,we in MN won't see our lawns for 4-6 weeks yet.
