The Greenlight 1/24th Scale Black Bandit Green Machines are limited to 2% of 1100 Cars made which is 22 cars. I am tracking these cars as they show up on the bay and are reported by board members. Here is what I have seen so far on the bay and the boards. Please post additions to this list if you have one not listed. Total listed at end.

I saw that someone had the regular version #1, who/where did the GM vers. come form?

Someone PM'ed me and offered it to me. I passed.

My number #11 Zo6 arrived today and was promptly freed from any packing strip and box place holders. I'm liking this one alot. :)

I was thinking one per 12 cases but another member pointed out to me that since there are no GM's for the Mustang it is one GM per 17 cases. Not good odds. 1100 cases divided by 66 cars = 16.6 I only got into one case so far with no luck. But it was still a rush. :) My Camaro arrived today in the mail.
23 car BB set is pictured as well as the three 1/24th's together.

Thanks guys!! Ya, I was pretty stoked. I was late arriving to TRU. I was hoping they had some new HW Larrys Garage. Sure enough they did, but they were in somebodies hand. I looked over, and something green caught my eye. I was a happy boy!

Did anyone see what the #1 Camaro green machine went for on E-bay last night? It went for $ 366.00.

Looks like the Z06 has established itself as a $200+ piece. I have seen 1 that sold for less than $200, but all others were more. 1 listed on the bay now w/3d 9h left is at $202 and change. Looking like you did the right thing here doc, and got them now. When they are few and far between in the near future prices may well rise.;)

I think these look cool enough that they may pull in some people who normally do not purchase 1/24th's. That may drive up prices in the future as people find about them.

I think that once the initail flood of these is done, and those willing to part with them sell to collectors that want them, there will be none left to sell. Once these few cars are in the loving hands of those who REALLY want them they will be seldom seen for sale. Either prices stay where they are give or take $40, or they will rise. I don't think anyone knows where these will level off but it will be interesting to watch.:rolleyes:

You are very right on that observation and I was very wrong when I predicted they would go for between $100 and 140. Who knew? You did. :)

I may disagree, once this initial "wave" is gone we can "wave" goodbye to seeing them on the bay except the occasional outrageous BIN. Lots of folks are going to be unwilling to part with them once acquired unless the price continues to climb then some will cut them loose for a profit. There are not enough of these around that we will see folks "dumping" them due to falling prices. I DO think these will level off somewhere but I don't even want to guess where. I don't foresee $300+ being the long term secondary market value on these but the $200 range doesn't seem too far fetched at this point. Ya gotta figure about 1/2 have been found by this point so ebay sales will get fewer and farther between from this point forward. This absence will drive prices up when they do appear. The 1 of 30 and 1 of 40 Camaros bring a solid $150 easy, with only 22 of each BB and 3 desirable castings these are bound to bring more, then factor in the "BB" nameplate/monacre and that's a heck of a recipe!

We currently have 12 listed for each of the 3 castings. Thats 36 of 66 cars accounted for so far. Congrats to all who found one. They are 1 found for every 17 cases opened on average.
