I Have A Honda Eb1500 Generator Which Is Only Producing Aprox 15v Ac
I Have Tryed Flashing The Generator With A Drill But No Diferance Checked The Cap That Is Ok Cant Find Any Brushs Or Avr ? So I Am Lost
Any Ideas Please

How did you test the Cap? It has to have a volt. regulator, but what it probably has is a reactive type - more or less it'll look like a transformer. I looked but didn't see an EB1500 in current IPLs, so I can't look at it to tell you more.
I did have a caller years ago that had 6 volts output, but what they didn't tell me was they had replaced the 120v outlet and failed to cut the cross-over tabs. On a Generac with 2 windings, this ends up negating the output as the sine waves are opposite and cancel each other out. A 1500w gen may only have one winding - not sure without the IPL or service info.

cap range on multimeter all there is are the wires from the indinge in a small lume going to the distrubution board which i opend and found the cap from the cap the wires go to the 230v socket and 110v socket and breakers and volt meter i can not see any heat sink or cirkt board also can not see any diodes or are thery only used on brush type antenators?
