It's VERY tough lately putting $$$ values on GM's. The prices seem highly volatile. What once went for $75 not very long ago (and I'm NOT talking about when first released, I'm talking about settled in price) can generally be had for half (or less). Then again, you may find one or two that want the same car, and the price is right back up there.

I just recently passed on that GM Cuda for $25 (outright sale, not an auction).

i think that goes for most chase cars. i've left 2 green machines behind, as i've seen them go off ebay with little value. and left a 3rd, that ended up more valuble.
same with hot wheels, etc. you just don't know.
generally, if your buying to keep. it doesn't matter. buying to resell, best sell right away. i sold many greenlights a year or so ago, and they aren't worth a third now of what they sold for then.
and that goes for super hunts, etc. also.

At this point in time it's a buyers market, which means it's not worth that much.

$74.99 seems like an attention getting price

i think just about everything is a buyers market. except maybe gasoline. seems like the country is on sale.

Send that buyer my way :). But seriously, if it sells for over $30 I'd be very surprised. I'd say closer to twenty the way the market is now. It's a little older and anybody that "had to have that one" already does.
