In the near future I hope to acquire a Clodzilla 2 chassis, and, depending on the outcome of Ebay in 2 days, either modify my stock Clod, or the one I'm bidding on.

Anyways, I know the Clodzilla 2 accepts the stock mechanical speed control, but, at some point I would like to either acquire and ESC that can handle 2 motors, one in forward and one reversed, obviously, that are faster than stock. I'm trying to do this on a budget, so I guess I'm asking for the best bang for the buck, or if someone has one out there that will work, and are looking to sell.

I also have some other questions:

-Does it plug into my reciever, or take place of it?
-What needs to be done as far as wiring goes? Can I just plug it into my stock motors? And if/when I change motors, will I have some soldering to do?

Just trying to get an idea of what I'll need/do when I finally get one. Thanks to anyone w/info!

I found a Novak Super Duty XR on Stormer for $104. It plugs into your receiver....This Novak can be run with single or dual packs, and single or dual motors....
