Model Man

Hi folks,
A few other forums I visit recently took to allowing in-lined youtube vids. I'm wondering if the same can be done here?
The video shows up as a thumbnail; and the difference between seeing a text link and a video thumbnail w/ a play button is night and day. A "simple" <youtube></youtube> tag was added to their site code. I say simple as I do not know what's involved on the coding side.
Having switched to vlogging my work a few months ago, I was flat out told today that people are passing by my posts simply because it is a text link and not an image. A text link also adds one more click/level to the process that has stopped people in their tracks. In other cases, YT is itself blocked at their jobs, but an embedded link may circumvent that (?).
As further example, one of my YT subscribers is a 40 yr old modeler in Kentucky w/ a learning disability that left him with a 3rd graders reading/writing comprehension. Forums such as this are completely shut out to him solely on the fact that he can't read the complicated descriptions that can occur. How many others could also be shut out for similar language barrier, and other reasons?
In-lined youtube content will be the greatest boon to our collective hobbies here since the the creation of forums themselves. They are two flavors that are made for each other. (I'll bet all the RC people would love to show their wheels off in active competition or racing around the driveway or living room!)
Thanks very much for your consideration.
Tom
