hey i have a 2.5 t maxx. it was running strong until my brother hit a pole at full speed. i fixed all of the suspension parts so the truck is back together and solid. i cant get the engine to run right tho. when your looking at the left side in on the caeb there is a biggish silver screw. that is leaking fuel and wont tighten on. the o-ring is good on it but the threads in the carb. botty are messed up. is there any way this could have happened in the crash? would this cause the lose of power? thanks

sounds like the carb broke when he hit the pole....the screw you describe sounds like the one that tightens the carb to the intake on the motor......maybe a longer screw so you can thread a nut to the other end, and then tighten it?....
