Just getting back into sprinters, and while I'm waiting for my sprinter to arrive, I was just wonder what most drivers are using for the dual steering servos. I have two radios, spectrum DX3R and Futaba 3PK-PCM.
thanks

As Scott said the Futaba 3305 servos work great. I have them in one of my sprinters. I also have JR Z650M servos in the other sprinter and they work great. They are a little more expensive than the Futabas but they do have more torque (142 oz. at 6 volts) and they are slightly faster at 1.7 sec. vs. 2.0 sec. for 60 degrees at 6 volts. Both are metal gear servos. I am not familiar with the servo that Will posted. You can run the JR servos with a Futaba radio or the Futaba servos with the JR radio. You can also run the Futabas on steering and the JR on throttle brake.

Hey Willy I got two JR's I'll give you. Futaba S3305's can not be beat. They are inexpensive, plenty available, and will take a ton of abuse.

That's what has been in my cars for 2 years I don't think the futaba's can match there price or durabilty but run what you want I will keep the jr's.in my cars

The Hitec 5955 and the replacement for them the 7955 are awsome servos. I have run them with no problems. With 333oz torgue you can't go wrong. :)

like randy said i use airtronics too 94359z . 200oz of torque use two of these for steering and they will last a long long time. been through alot of hitec ones but these airtronics have lasted the longest .i have some right now that been in my car for 4yrs now .these airtronics have aluminum heat sink cases too. set your endpoints and they will last for years. i use these in my 1/8 scale buggys for steering and 1/10 scale nitros and electrics.. JRS got some good ones coming out the high voltage servos ds8711 hv with 400 oz. 0f torque using a 7.4volts 2s lipo pack.no need for regulator these are aluminum cases with steel gears. im going to get these for my baja 5b and 5t so i can run lipo.maybee in my quarterscales too.
