Sweet cars. I can actually read what is on one of the trucks.

This was put together to honor the 400 anniversary of the Osaka Castle, in 1983. Jim Wieland brought a bunch into the USA and I remember ordering one and having it sent to my office. Every model was unique to the set, many were in Osaka colors and markings. It was quite a bargain at $200 when the US dollar was worth a lot more than the Japanese Yen. A similar set, if made today , would be at least $500. .

in ebay i seen that complete set closed at $US1500 at japan auction bu it now 250 000 yen same as $US 2500
