Just wondering if discharging is important to keep your batteries working well? Any ideas or feedback? Im running 4200 Nimh 4-cell packs.

What I Found That Worked Best For Me Was On Monday I Would Discharge My Packs Down And Put Themm In A Equalizer Until They Were Completely Drained And Then I Would Dead Short Them Until Sunday Morning And Then I Would Cycle Them Twice To Wake Them Back Up And Go Race.
