Just wondering if discharging is important to keep your batteries working well? Any ideas or feedback? Im running 4200 Nimh 4-cell packs.

You Should Be Discharging And Equalizing Your Packs......

What I Found That Worked Best For Me Was On Monday I Would Discharge My Packs Down And Put Themm In A Equalizer Until They Were Completely Drained And Then I Would Dead Short Them Until Sunday Morning And Then I Would Cycle Them Twice To Wake Them Back Up And Go Race. Hope This Helps

You Can Do What Ever You Want But If You Want Your Packs To Be Strong Follow The Instructions Above.. It Doesn't Matter If They Are 4600's Or 3300's

The latest IB4600 and EnerG4600 cells do not self discharge like the previous ones and are fine left in a discharged state for couple weeks.
