Not really a CHASE car as they were made as a Thank You and handed out by the owner of Castline who signed each one and had to give GM a list of everyone who got one. 6 of the 30 went to GM.

The only one that got out in the wild was for the charity auction in Las Vegas and was won by Roy.

They were not inserted in the cases.

Yes General Motor now requires that 12 of every car go to licensing for approval.
