2009 AutoFest hotel information and rates are now available. We will again make the Comfort Suites Hotel our Fest headquarters. The room rate is the same as 2008, 85.00 for a single or double and the show dates are going to be Friday August 14th through Sunday the 16th. We will strive to arrange events so that a Sunday night stay is not necessary to save costs to all. Dinner will again be held Friday night, on the 14th and those details will follow soon. Make sure you mention AutoFest when booking your room for the weekend to get the discount rate.

She's not soo bad, after she completely humiliates you a few dozen times in a row her trigger finger gets a little tired and you may actually beat her off the line. :p

Wish I could. She is just too quick for me. After loosing a few bucks I gave up. Maybe this year I'll just hand her the money and be done with it.:freak:

That's the plan Paul! The thing is, the CC has wanted to do a car show the past two years and each time the sponsor or the coordinator has fallen through. They had all their ducks in a row for 2009 and then the gentleman who was heading that side up (who did the presentation at AF) took a promotion. I needed to lock in a hotel and event rooms just in case things outside our control fall through. I love the idea of a monster car show but it does mean we will be spread out and for those flying in cause some transportation issues.
I am working on this and will update as details come forward. A couple other coals are in the fire too.:thumbsup:
