When I see these at toyfairs and fleamarkets the windscreens are usually cracked, shattered or missing....well done finding a couple in good shape:thumbsup: This is a very nice model and I hope to get all the wheel variatons including the red v cream steering wheels.Top of my spare parts shopping list are some replaement windscreens....I think clear looks better than green tinted although Lesney clearly preferred green........

I kept ones that most people would toss out, some that are pretty much useless,,,but they can make some awesome customs as long as the raw casting hasn't been abused. The windscreens are a real sore point especially when you have a really nice example missing one...maybe something that could be worth reproducing in small qty??? Would also lend to being able to custom finish those xtra beaters in some of the early 60's OEM factory colors sitting on a refinished OEM color hauler at a Pontiac dealer dirama....:)
