I haven't bought anything in a while using my paypal account. I bought an item from eBay When I went to pay, It wouldn't let me use one of my 4 credit cards. I had to either transfer my balance or use it to pay for the item. That just plains sucks. I used my balance, and I guess I won't keep a balance any more.
I don't get it???? Maybe that is there way to not have to pay credit card fee's or somthing?

If memory serves me right credit cards are used as a secondary, you checking account is the primary if not used for a period of time, things get screwed up.Hope this helps.

You can never use a credit card if you have a balance in your account that will cover the purchase. They always force you to use up the balance first. That's how they make money - charging the seller the 3% to receive the cash you had in your account.

On another note paypal is being bombarded with credit card reversals from people scamming on ebay by paying with a cc and doing a chargeback after the item ships.

Were you credit cards listed on your Pay Pal account?

Yeah, a couple of them were listed over a 5 years ago. All are confirmed. I guess if you have a balance, you must transfer it first to be able to use a credit card.
