I'm looking to find some help or direction on a amb20 system I just purchased. It is the amb20 system (red box) that has the port in the front of the amb box and the line that goes to the internal card in the computer. I talked with b&b and they stated I need the dos version of bnb! So if there is anyone who knows where I can download that version or know where I can get it please let me know. You can use Alycat. That is the program we use (not amb20 but it works with either). Check out www.alycat.com You can download a free version to make sure it works. It is an awsome program. Many new users find it complicated, but once your used to it, its easy.

Alleycat was installed with an AMB system that we purchased used. Took a bit to learn and dig into all that was there, but we are very satisfied with it. Haven't done the most recent upgrade yet, but we have found it to be very reliable.
