I would like to thank auto world for sending me a brand new car. After I purchased the concept race set and set it up I realized that the body to the camaro would not fit on the chassis right. So I took the body off set it flat on the track and found out that the body was twisted and bent. So I e-mailed auto world and they replied right away and sent a whole new car instead of just the body.
Thank You Auto World

Well, how about a pic of the new Camaro? You might be able to straighten out the twisted bod with some warm water.
Not to bad for customer service.:thumbsup: rr
Yeah, try the warm water trick. After rebending the body straight, quickly dip it in cold water to make the 'correction' stick.

Which chassis is included with that set? I don't see it listed on the AW site.

The Auto World Concept Challenge race set comes with X-Traction Ultra-G slot cars.

If that set comes with any 15" straight track, are the sections really straight and not bowed or curved? A really straight 15" Tomy compatiable section would be a welcome addition.

G.M. should be so lucky to have this track record of recalls.

I had AW sets in my hands at the local hobby shop.
Those guys airbrushed out the track joints in the pics!
Deceptive marketing, I guess. For most people, they must not miss what has been removed. I wanted to see* the track joints.
