Mark #10 02-19-2009, 02:25 AM For everyone that has their name on the list, I marked off a pit table for you. I hope I didn't forget anyone! :freak:
We raced tonight, and the track is fast! There is a very nice black groove already, so everyone will have a good track to start with in practice on Saturday!
Track is about 135 ft runline give or take. Fast laps up front are 3.4's & 3.5's. Good starting point for rollout would be a 3.20-3.30 for the 21.5 class.

il see ya there drive safe
Dave
Mark #10 02-21-2009, 02:37 AM Well Mother Nature sure likes to ruin a good thing. Storm actually looks like it will be out of the area by early morning. So with a 2:00 PM start time, Everything is still a go! For those who are still planning on making the trip, drive safe, and see ya at the track. Those who can't make it, see ya at Vinton in March!
slots 02-21-2009, 10:12 AM Weather update: We've had about 2-3 inches and its a mite breezy. Nothing a dedicated RC racer can't handle. If you are coming from the west or southwest, should be fairly clear until you get 25-30 miles out. From QC or Milwaukee looks like snow all the way, you should have left by now.
Mark #10 02-22-2009, 02:13 AM Thanks to everyone that braved the snow storm and made it out to race today. 38 entries in all, 21 entries in 21.5 class.

Chris S 02-22-2009, 08:30 AM Had a good time, car wasn't happy with the crew chief and the driver looked like a Bodine out there. Roads were fun going home for about 40 miles and then all clear. Good job to the DFRCR crew for putting on the show and good idea from Skip and deliverance from Mark to put it all together. See everyone in Vinton.
