Does anyone make a shorter tjet axle to accomodate wheels such as RRR or Vincents?? I know I can just grind down the standard tjet axle, but sometimes the fingers and little parts don't co-operate. I figure about 1/16th off each end would be about right. That would make the axle about 3/4 of an inch in length instead of 7/8ths. Any suggestions?? Do these numbers sound about right?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

chuck the axle in a dremel to grind them

RRR sells axles just for their rims. $1.59/pr.

I zip them with the back side of a dremel cutting disc. And yes, it's easy to get carried away with the shortening process. Have you tried the RRR axles yet, Jerry?? I know we talked about them. For 1.50 a pair they're hard to beat..
