PD2 01-21-2009, 08:14 AM hey guys! iam bidding on a ferrari 512S with a slot it motor, right now.indy grip tires.anyone have one?opinions?suggestions? FLY's are typically model type cars - meaning, that most collectors purchase them to be "shelf queens." BUT, in this case, someone has actually taken the effort to upgrade all of the known "bad" stuff to make this a fine racer. You cannot go wrong with a Slot.it motor! Besides NSR, those motors are definitely nice, provided it is not a worn out, old one. Indy grips are good and work on most track surfaces - you will need to see how well they hook up on your track and decide if you want to keep them on or not. Aside from that, the 512 is definitely a nice looking Ferrari and should be a great looker as it flies around the track (no pun intended - HAHA)! Good luck on winning this car!
