harristotle 01-16-2009, 11:01 AM I've been waiting on that Marauder for quite a while :D
Probably won't be getting the Galaxie though, not a big fan of the look of it.
Mark Hosaflook 01-16-2009, 11:14 AM I love that Buick casting but not those graphics. Looks like an easy tampo removal however. That green Mopar wheel and rim combo is just killer!
dipstick 01-16-2009, 12:44 PM I like the Galaxie personally.......first view of the hardtop version.
40Intrepid 01-16-2009, 08:20 PM Are they really gonna use that hood on the Road Runner?:(
Because it's just not right.
M2 got the hood right on their version of the 691/2 RR, even if they hinged the hood to the car.
I'll be getting the Challenger and Marauder, really like those :D
Bugzy 01-17-2009, 09:28 AM ..Marauder...!!...could use a few of these.. it will be interesting to see what the Galaxie and the GS will look like in the hands of the customizers...even with a detampo..and/or a wheel swap..
Galaxieman 01-17-2009, 10:29 AM There's a couple I'll buy from this release.
I'm not thrilled with the Galaxie but will own every Galaxie produced by GL and JL. I'm starving for other than the 63 and 64 versions!!!:woohoo:
Ricky2400 01-17-2009, 11:18 AM is it me or do the wheels on the Marauder look too thin? Seems as if the wheel track should be wider.
jimhowie2000 01-17-2009, 12:21 PM It's too bad they chose to do the Galaxie and the GS as drag cars. The Galaxie actually looks pretty good otherwise. Think how nice it would have looked in plain black with stock wheels.....As for the GS, the casting seems to fare better as a hardtop than as a convertible, the stubby and thick look looks less noticeable with the hardtop casting, but again, will have to see it in the metal. I do like the color combo on the Road Runner, just a fan of green cars I guess....
dipstick 01-17-2009, 02:24 PM I think in drag version the 65 would look better with a BIG highrise and a set of duals sitting through the hood - maybe some snorkels. Might have to get the dremel out on that bad mamma!
stretchdog 01-17-2009, 03:38 PM Definitley getttin the Maurauder, Corvette and CHallenger. Have to see the rest in person to determine if Ill get them.
astroking2 01-17-2009, 08:40 PM An OK series, but not one of the better ones. :o
robertwadehall 01-24-2009, 08:19 PM Looking forward to the Marauder....hopefully they will do the Ford and GS soon in normal paint schemes.
GO-GTO 01-31-2009, 01:42 PM The vette's blue w/ white stinger is my favorite color scheme for that model year.
moparmarc 02-14-2009, 04:39 PM Nice, I like 2 of them
allhemi 02-15-2009, 03:53 PM Got to have that challenger!!
robertwadehall 02-15-2009, 04:03 PM I'm definitely getting the Marauder, Vette and Road Runner...will wait on the Buick and Galaxie to show up w/ stock paint jobs. The Challenger looks like the one from the 4 car set I have.

A ha, the difference between that challenger and the one in the 4 car set is that it is the SRT-8 (carbon Fiber hood stripe and blckaed out rear spoiler and SRT8 graphics, where as the one in the 4 car set is an R/T with no striptes, body color spoiler, and R/T graphics. If you get the MCG9 Challenger that completes the set for all 3 colors of 08 SRT-8s :)

Ahh...good point. Didn't notice that.
Yeah, I am a little bit of a Challenger nut, i just don't have the cash for a 1:1 model right now LOL.
