Sunday, January 18, 2009 we'll be racing on the CARPET OVAL at the McDermont Field House in Lindsay, California.

Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. and racing will begin at 10:30 a.m.

Entry fee for driver and first car will be $25. Additional car with same driver will be $10 per car.

Admission to the Field House for guests will be $4.50. The Discovery Pass, which includes surfing, fitness center, skate park, etc., (these attractions open at noon) is $14.92.

Joe Myers (SWTOUR) will be our race director for the day, so you know the program will move along smoothly.

Classes will be 21.5 Sportsman, 21.5 Expert, 21.5 Pro, 17.5 Expert, 21.5 Lipo Truck, Vintage Trans Am, and Dirt Oval Sprint Cars, Trucks, Late Models on foam tires, are the classes available with minimum 4 entries. On Road Cars are welcome to come and run the oval track.

McDermont Field House is located at 365 N. Sweet Brier, Lindsay, CA.

Well, the track was set up a bit shorter than normal today...but the racing was pretty dang good and FAST.

Forgot! We had 46 entries for this past weekends event. We thought we'd see SCochran and DSilva and get to check out the new Silva and Associated rides...but no such luck!

If anyone wants the results info for specific heat races, let me know and I can get them with the high resolution (extra digit) times instead of the positions listed!
