I have had this Nesting Foam for some time now, probably a year or so. We used it on our SK chassis plates because there was no cutouts in our plates.

What is nesting foam?
This foam is used to help secure those 4 cells or Lipo packs in place on the chassis plate with the use of strapping tape.

Our Nesting foam is 1/16th of an inch thick and has a adhesive on the back. Peel and stick to your chassis.

The foam is very thin so it will not raise your batts to the point of having a Higher CG. I would sacrifice a small amount of higher CG's than the battery slipping out of place due to the lack of a good secure system.

It is so thin that when using the foam it leaves an impression of the pack you used therefore it even secures better than what it was intended for.

Use a pair of scissors to custom cut it to your chassis. click on the link to see how I use it on my SK chassis.
