I am new to the 1/4 scale world and I have found places to get copmlete cars but can you get just certian parts from them (shocks, stearing, suspension). I am very interested in sprint cars. I live in Michigan and how many tracks are there in this state.
Thanks Bill

Any of the MFG's will sell parts for their cars. Go to QSAC.org and click on the MFG link. Some you can buy online, others you will need to email or call.

Good Luck

Thanks Bill bill sprints aren't a big thing in michigan. i had one 2 yrs ago and there was no one to race. i ended up selling it and buying a car to race just so i would be able to race. the only track in mich. is in grand ledge just west of lansing. if you go to qsac's site you can find a link to the mich. club. any more questions just ask at the next race and i'll try to bring you up to date on the goings on. the club does hold a great race in royal oak once a yr. during the big woodward cruise which is a ton of fun and the ladies are great to look at to along with the cool cars crusing woodward.

It is amazing how you can say there was no one to race sprints in Michigan. I was there to race them along with Randy Baker, Orin Sundae, Mike Renniger and others. The late Tim Bloom had a Sprint car and there are others that have or had them in the Great Lakes club. That was the same statement you made when you went to your first 1/4 scale race and the fellows with the sprtinters were not there that day so you sumised there was intrest in sprints. I never saw you run yours. We raced sprints in the Royal Oak race last year for the first time and it was one of the cleanest races of the event. You had a sprint car and never raced it. you sold it and now again you say no one to race. Sprints are growing in popularity all over the country.
As for parts I have about anything one would want for a sprint car. If someone wants a place to run sprints they only need to get in touch with me and or Randy Baker as we only run sprints and go about anywhere to race them have been for many years now. We always welcome someone new to race with be it at Lansing or any other track.
