if we had run three and a main it would have been dark be for the end of mains I voted for three but did not care ether way just wanted more time on that fun track
I thought I heard you chopp my name once but your not the first one to do that (even though it is super easy like the tv show) you should be the anouncer at all the races you did a great job keeping all us racers informed on and off the track

Like Leonard that was my first time at the run, and the layout was a blast to drive on. Also I have to thank Terry for letting me use one of his tables, as I forgot mine back in South Bend IN. lol

Also thanks to Kirs N. for letting me use his shoe goo so I can hack a body back together (I used it durring the main and it held up great).

As for the race itself I wanted to run 3 and a main, and the first vote was just about even. So to me that would tell me that the offical rules are what they would go by. It is simple if the racers are split go by what the flyer/offical ruling says on the event on 3 rounds.

I too, voted for 3, but in the end, they did end up following the official ruling.

The official ruling is that the 3rd round has to begin before 4:00 (not that the second round has to finish by 4:00) The 2nd round ended at 3:55 and by the time you resorted the third round would not have started until after 4:00. Hence the official ruling would be 2 and a main.

I think it was more than fair that the officials allowed a vote on the topic (since we were so close to the cutoff) when they could have just made the decision to run 2 and a main on their own (and been justified in doing so.) That along with some adjustments that were made after the feedback from Stateliine tells me that they are willing to listen.

Fun day, fun track and great weather!!!!

Thanx Todd for lending me a servo for my busted ass 1/10 4wd, I havnt finished a qually in 2 races, I am sooo done with it, also thanx to Wendy for announcing, You did good girl... Oh, BTW, Do I get some brownies? LMFAO

the only name I herd you HACK was a hack(lenman) hahahahaha!

You got that right Joint Blazer, He cant just jump into the ring and think he can box!!! Lenny, dont EVER pass on the inside, if you do, expect to have the door closed, its not considered hacking if im leading, pass me clean, dont just expect me to move over when I am leading, and dont just run right through me.....

thank you for doing the announcing and putting in your time in the booth. It's always nice to have people jump in and help when the help is needed.

Thanx to the duck family, You guys and gals keep the good music in my ear, and dogs and burgs in my tummy, you are #1 in my book, you ever need anything (except my generator, lol) you just ask. Love you guys.

And last but not least, A HUGE THANX to Terry and family for putting on a great race at a great facility. It was good to see you Terry, Ill see you again soon at the regionals. The track did not get blown out at all like last year, it was a fun layout and I had a great time. I am glad however that we did not do 3 and a main, even though I broke in both quallies in my stock truck and my 4wd, I made it home by 10pm, otherwise it would have been 2am. Good job Wendy for runnin a fast paced event.
Good job to all, Thanx to Al Horne, I dont know why, but thanx anyway, lol.

Peace!!!!

All im saying Lenhack, is dont get mad and call peeps hacks when they are leading and they close the door on you, its called protecting my line. All you had to do is let off a little and pass me later, if you were as fast as you say you were, love ya man, lol

Protecting your line don't mean going into mine, if you were protecting your line you would have stayed on the outside. Its cool, if you ever show up to the track we can continue to battle .

yeah the port a john was not the best, not sanitary by any means.

first time ive been to P runn, had a blast, good layout. wish the mains turned out better, broke a return spring in my radio about 2 minutes through the SC main, that was a handful driving that with no center point on the radio.

thank you todd for letting me borrow a 17.5, also for the pinion gear.

Enough already...

And for the record, if he was beside you when you protected your line it's your fault. If he was behind you it's a block and his job not to hit you. Hacking is the intent to take them out and not just a mistake.

It's funny how every time anyone gets hit on the track it's a "hack". Fact is most of the time it's not the other guy's intent to take you out. We all hit each other, I do it and all of you do it. It's part of close racing. It sucks but it's part of it.

Chill...

For the record, you don't even know what we are talking about. It didn't happen this weekend. Apple and I were trash talking all weekend about it. Just cheap fun between him and I .

When you trash talk on here it lookslike an argument. Just remember that we can't see you laughing as you type. Others that read the tread can get the wrong idea that MORL is a bunch of hacks.

Terry and family were great hosts, and the MORL racers and Race Directors showed we can manage to run a timley program. It was quite the nice October fall day for racing (minus the color in the leaves)... I expected snow at any minute all day long.

Special thanks to Todd, for help with getting the RaceCam back on the track.
