I have been diagnosed with severe sun poisoning and cannot be in the sun for extended periods anymore.It's been fun running with all of you the past few seasons.Those of you that know me Know I have been a landscaper for almost 15 yrs, so I am also in the market for a new job.Needless to say my life right now is kinda upside down and I really dont know what's going to come of it.Good luck to all, and I hope to see all of you around.

we dont have to have that many for the other race 10 or so will be fine but the payback will be according to how many there is. i think it was 75% payback.

so the rumor that the track is to big is going around? chad and loony, please chime in here. we moved one of the jumps last night and doing to other one tonight.

Kevin , if you adjust what we had talked about the day hollis,kyle and I were down there it should be just fine man!!!It is a BIG track , and I dont mean the jumps , just the track itself is BIG.Any idea what the run line is kevin???Who said it was crazy? Conan and fred seemed to think it was pretty fun when they were down saturday.So much so conan is planning on coming back down there just for kicks to run on it.

The only jumps I had a problem with in stock were the south jump (you know that little double) and the double just before the woops. Everything else was doable in stock 2wd.

The jump before the woops would be fine if the 2nd jump was more of a table top to jump onto. The whole track is a blast in mod so that's what I'll be running this weekend.

we filled in between the jumps before the woops so theres something to land on /\----/\ its like this now. we also moved the other one closer together thats next to the big one.

we are having a FTMS Elect. race this sat if anyone wants to come try it out a couple weeks early.

Kevin, I think the track is fine as long as you make a roller on that south jump for the slower peeps-
The only advantage to making it a little smaller is marshaling would be more efficient.

The layout's pretty good for Marshalls. I would highly recommend heading out to the Factory tracks race to get a little practice. Takes a few runs to get used to the size of the track. It's a lot of fun to run on.

Sounds good, I should be there around that time, it just depends when we leave to head out there (although if it is raining it might be a little later in the day).

Kevin, could you lay down all the rules for the sc enduro.

Ok guys. Losi officially announced their SC truck last night. Some of you I know have been waiting for this and as you might be Die Hard Losi driver, I can understand many will be getting there order in soon. I can't give you any official ruling yet on where this truck might be able to run. It will be facing 3 things to race in the series. Since none of us had prior information on this truck the first we likely will even talk about it as the series directors it at the Stateline track. The issues we have to discuss are: 1) The truck is not a Slash so it would not run in the Spec Slash class (or does it?) 2) the truck is almost 1/2" over the max legal length under ROAR rules. 3) The kit is an RTR and comes with a 12T, so the motor would not be legal for the SC class.
Just so everyone knows, nothing is discussed or decided. We will have some time as the truck is not out on sale yet

Fish, honestly after looking close up at the truck it belongs in the slash class.It' s out of spec to run in the sc class (wheelbase, overall length).If you look closly the motor is a rebadged titan(torquering, impeller fan,even the capacitors on the motor are the same)I dont know what the guys at horizon were thinking on going outside the established specs.I do like the mid motor idea, but with the 3 gear trans the motor torque will create a traction deficiency as the motor spools up.For lack of better words, I am disapointed.

Way don't you guys just make a stock 27t or 17.5 and a mod Class make easy for all so many rules!!!???
