YEAH BABY its that time again. Kick the tires and light the fires! With a new season comes a new format to the rules to make tech easier overall and a just a few updates to the rules. Changes include, IMCA Modified style bodies in favor over last year's Street Stocks, the side dams have come off the 2wd Late Models and 8th scale side dams have been defined and Sportsman Truck (nitro trucks with truck bodies) has been created. The Series has kicked in for its own laptop and scoring software and a full time Race Announcer.
Entry fee is still $20 for 2, possibly 3 heats of qualifying and 2-car bump up mains. Like last year any class not carrying a minimum of 5 cars will be dropped for the rest of the Season.

The Schedule

7:00 am gates open
7:30 sign up opens
8:00 track opens for practice
9:30 practice ends
10:00 green flag
2:00 if round 2 complete, continue to 3rd round, else continue to mains when round 2 is complete

As usual cars must go through technical inspection at the beginning of the day and after each qualifier. So don't hesitate to hop in the tech inspect line with your ride ready to practice that morning. AND remember it's ultimately your responsibility to follow the rules, just because something may get overlooked in one time in tech does not make it legal.
