Now that's cool! But why, when he is in the straights and the car is speeding up does the front end lift? That doesn't really happen in those cars.....unless they are trying to simulate the "G" forces or something? Definitely cool home project! I wouldn't mind having one!

That is to simulate the acceleration forces. Sort of like the Back to the Future ride at Universal Studios. Too bad it doesn't flip when you roll over, now that would be realism. The only problem is that I would need to exclude all external views, just have the screen in front of me, or I'd get vertigo or something.

That is really cool! I feel the seat moves too much, but the thought behind it is amazing. And here I was going to be satisfied with a stationary race seat in front of my big-screen. Not now!!

The big question is space. Wonder if the TM would let me replace the elliptical exercise machine with one of those. Probably not unless I had to pedal a generator to store up enough power to run it.:rolleyes:

I bet it would not be a huge leap to convert it or have an interface to one! That would be interesting....especially for dog fight simulators!
