Made by Trax/ Topgear in Australia.Taken from the package backing card.
"Chrysler AP5 Valiant Regal Hardtop. Released May 1963. The AP5 was the first Valiant to be fully manufactured at the new Adelaide Chrysler plant. AP stood for Australian Production and during its life some 49400 AP5's were made."

Front fender has the classic Valiant slash but the rear fender looks totally diff.

Aussie cars were not straight copies of their US/Canadian siblings. These newer Trax castings are a big improvement on their 1990s offerings ,competition is clearly healthy!

The Valiant looks very good - can't wait for mine to wing its way over from Oz.
