hey guys i have been looking at engines on ebay since i am on a very low budget about $130 some engines im looking at are as follows:


Hobao hyper .21 8 port ebay buy it now $99
OS VG .21 ebay bid $43
OS VG .21 ebay bid $6
OS >21 RG ebay bid $45
Picco B3 3port ebay bid $36
OFNA hyper .21 8 port ebay bid $21
Sportwerks V2 .21 ebay bid $49

Not sure if those are used eng or not, but you can get a GO tech sport at a-mainhobbies for 125 I think. I would go new unless you know the person it's coming from.

You'd definately be better off getting the cheaper but NEW go engine like said above.

Bad luck buying used engines off flea bay.. Especially if you are even a little new to nitro.

The only two engines I'd probably even think about in that list would be the sportwerks or the rg. The sportwerks will almost definately go for much more, and the rg they don't even make anymore so unless it's brand new in box from an original owner than it's pretty old.

OS engines are however rock solid and parts are reasonable depending on what engine. I've seen 2 guys do some crazy mod'ing to RG's and it was crazy fast.
