Seeing that most if not all the new lipos are coming out with balance plugs are they all using the same plug or are they using different balancing plugs. I would like to see a standard plug for all packs. I have started flying electric planes and balancing plugs on airplane packs can be one of three different plugs.

They use different plugs. Common sense rc has a balancer that will work on all of them. It doesnt use plugs, it just has pins sticking out. They make one with a digital readout and one without it.
