Nope this came in a two pack with a 69 camaro convertible about 14 years ago.

I have seen it before as well. I beleive there was a 5 pack that was a junkyard set that had it in it. It looked like it had different panels used to repair it. Hot Wheels also did one a while ago but was a Ford Van.
