http://i19.ebayimg.com/01/i/001/27/b1/7b1c_1.JPGDoes anyone have any idea of the C rating on these batts? My local WallyWorld has clearanced them out and they are mega cheap... Small in size and in a hard case if the dump rate is strong then I will deff go pick some of these up...

They are AirHogs brand 7.4v LiPo packs w/charger.

mmmm.. thats where my uses could cause a problem... got a mamba 8000kv comp "x" motor.... so im going to be pulling hard... since these batts are for flight i was hoping they would be at least 10c... they are 740mha so i was going to pair them up in parallel to double the run time... now with that being said, a new question comes to mind... if, for ex, say they are rated at 10c... would my parallel setup give me a new combined c rating of 20c? hmmm

Look at the reedy lipo packs, they have somewere around 1800mah and they are a 2s lipo for 1/18 scale cars, they aren't to expensive and would give you so much more run time:thumbsup: Is that what you are looking for:confused:
The thing you are looking at looks like something you could get at walmart which you probably could:drunk:

haha yeah thats what my original post was.. they are clearanced at walmart... thats why I was considering it an option. cheap with a hard case and charger made it sound interesting and tempting to try out.

umm i actually think I am going to go with an apogee pack. they are inexpensive and i have heard many good things about the company... all their cells come pre- matched so i can use my current li-ion charger and not have to get a balancer.

Amain has ProTek 4000mah 15c lipo packs on sale for 34.99. Not gonna beat that for a "decent" pack.
