i have a Orion changer i am charging 4200 and 4500 mah batterys at 7 amps
i have peck volt sensitivity 5mV setting. the battery are in the 146 degree. is the peck volt sensitivity set wrong. some help would be appreciated Dave

4 cell--20mv.
6 cell--30mv. ;)

Andy has it right .020 and .030 volts. Same way of saying 20MV and 30 MV.
I am not familiar with the charger. If you are using but 5 MV per cell (.005 volt) 4 cells X .005 = .020 volts cut off and 6 cells X .005 = .030 volts cut off you should be OK. My 4200 and 4600's at 7 amps are around 120. If you have a bad cell or high IR's this will raise temps too.

used new charger for me . kind of weird i have it set rite. start and the voltage would go up but stop at 4.97v and never change from that voltage. so u know what happens. i get 2 cell on one pack about 210 degrees. but i reboot it couple time and its working if u see me run out of the track with something smoking, you will know it crazy Dave.
