I'm trying to get a 17.5 class started for the 09/10 season. It will be open 17.5 motors and speed controls, bodies same as BRL rules, and batteries will either be same as Brl or our track spec senergy 3800's. I would like to here from any of the racers around or all of the racers on here about this and what they think.

Thanks Jimmy Simons

I think if your going to run 4-cell 17.5 you need to run 4600's thats what the BRL runs and most all other tracks right now .............

Steel City closed last spring. Some of the guys from there are racing at J & C Hobbies at the Pittsbugh Mills mall. Most have made the switch to Lipos and not many still running 4 cell.
